You'd have to find a company to make your little foil papers. Then you need to wrap your chips using a commercially produced chip wrapper as a template for the fold lines.

 

How about using parchment or wax paper for the wrapping?

 

Years ago people used to pour butter into cute little butter moulds. Those chips weren't wrapped. I suppose you could wrap them with clear or colored plastic wrap that you cut into little squares.

i use those for my parties and whatnot. i whip the butter with heavy cream. spread in a shallow dish. chill and cut out with tiny canape cutters. sometimes i do put them through a press. i only make what i plan to use at the time. ~Georgia
