What wild animals and livestock would eat dried corn stalks?

Been experimenting around with drying corn stalks and shucks to use for feed. So far my rabbits just love eating the shucks. I place about one ears worth in each rabbit pen per day. I haven't tried any stalks yet as they are taking a little more time to dry. Anyway, I have about eight 30' rows of sweet corn stalks to deal with and have been thinking about trying to get it all dried out for storage. Found a good use for the kids big trampoline. Just load the top with chopped up stalks and watch it dry! So I figure if I dry all the rows of cornstalks I will have more than enough for my kid's two rabbits. Just wondering if they would make good roughage for deer later on in the hunting season?
