My car is a 2012 Nissan Murrano. I bought it a year ago. Been having problems with it from the beginning and the dealership I bought it from has been taking care of the problem. They put in a new throttle body in a couple weeks ago and it seems that took care of the problem.
Yesterday after I filled my car with gas it wouldn’t start. The fob worked and all lights(dash and headlights) worked. I bought a new battery for the car 2 months ago.
I noticed this cable on the underside of the car. I had it towed to the dealership but they’re not a repair facility. They will look at it though. Any ideas what this cable could be?

Had the same problem not long ago with the wife's Silverado 2500 HD.
Batteries only a few months old, fully charged, no corrosion on terminals.
Key on, all the dashboard gauges and lights were fine. Headlights worked.
Turn key to start and NOTHING. Not even a click.
Which led me to believe juice wasn't getting to starter. Pulled the top off the underhood fuse box, saw a relay marked START. Hmmmm. Took that relay out of my GMC Sierra, put it in hers, and presto!! Start and run.
Went down to O'Reilly Auto Parts and with my employee discount it was less than $7.

Wife thinks I'm a genius, and that, my friends, is priceless.
