OK scam? tell me more....... what is not right about them, does the program not excites with the government? Can you not claim land like that? WHAT?

 

It is a scam for 2 reasons.

The first is, they are selling you information that you can get for free from the government. If it is a government program, the government will answer any questions that you may have on it.

Secondly, there is NO land available for homesteading. There hasn't been for 30 years. They are lying to you.

There IS land availble in a FEW states as mining claims. There are a lot of restrictions on getting a mining claim, and it is VERY hard to get title to a mining claim. For information on a mining claim, you MIGHT try the BLM or the Forest Service.

 

Take your time and look around. Visit interesting places on your days off.

I was sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

In a few states (Like here in Kansas) a few communities will give away a building lot, and the ones that I know of are legitimate. But, that is only a building lot and you wanted a homestead.

 

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
Try going to the USDA website and looking for repossed property sales.
