Anyone up north harvesting or foraging lingonberries?

They don't grow down here and it's always been a tradition in my family to bake a sort of gingerbread bundt cake with lingonberries for Christmas, I'd love to be able to serve one this year but cannot find any lingonberries for sale.

I don't currently have anything to barter except $.

Many thanks
Mrs Lewis.

Thank you very much kasilofhome, I'd really appreciate it!

I'll bump the thread in September, in a pinch I could make do with previously frozen ones as well (as long as they've not been in the freezer for too long)

Do you have Cloudberries (Rubus chamaemorus) up there too?

Yes, cloud, thimble, crow, moss, currents, lingon, low Bush cranberries. Blue berries but those are where the brown bears spend time ...I will plant my own. The crane and lingdon we wait till a good frost to use the berry pickers. Gallons picked quickly often the moss, Cranberries and lingdon berries are just put up together.
