    You are going to like it. We have an old cast iron Enterprise that still works great.
    It's really old, I'd love to know how old it is...

    I have a friend who is a hog farmer. I think I'm going to try to talk him into splitting a cull sow with me. I'll prolly make bratwurst, italian sausage, and breakfast sausage. If I get a deer or 2 I'll make some weiners.
