Will they? I think I read on a painted desert sheep site that they won't, but I can't find it and I don't know if it's valid info. Is it a hair-sheep thing, maybe? Or am I a little off track?

No they won't grow horns after you castrate them. As far as I know, none of the hair sheep breeds will grow horns after they are castrated. I know that my Barbados and Black Hawaiians won't.

I found sometimes they can. They grown horns but normally much smaller that a Rams.
The Black Welsh Mountain wethers would grow small horns, but no where near as large as the full Rams.

If your wethers horns are getting really large, something might of been missed in the wethering process??
