Why was the curious post about foundation repair removed.

Was that an administrative effort that was retracted?

I thought calling a mason needed some "Let the buyer bewares".

Ever notice how many retaining walls fall over? Those were built by masons.

No. They were built by drunks who didn’t know what they were doing.

That would explain the little retaining wall (concrete debris) by my driveway

Nope. They're built by people that don't understand soils or how to build a French drain that keeps working.

much like there are teachers who teach for 30 years and their are teachers who teach one year 30 times

Masons can be the same

some are laborers who can stack rocks and some are technicians who understand the material , the soil , the construction and the need for prep and drainange

never trust your materials or trust that they will fail , however you want to say that

people saw Frank Loyd Wright as a great architect
well he made interesting looking buildings that all leak not sure how great that is

but it gets more fame then the nameless guy who designed and built simple houses that stood for more than a hundred years without a leak
