I'm in eastern Washington, but 30 miles south of Spokane. I've been to and through Kettle Falls several times, it's a beautiful area.

I'm on the south end of Spokane, but we love to camp up around Colville; it's one of our most favorite places.

All of you Washingtonians (???) :). I've heard that the cost of living in Washington is very high. Is that true?

Around Seattle can be mighty expensive. On the eastern half it's pretty cheap.

Eastern side of the state is much more affordable living. It's also A LOT drier here as well. Not all of WA state is a rain forest, LOL! :)
