It happens sometimes, I've been lazy at writing back. I'm Mono Mary again so I sleep like 16 hours a day :/ .

Sometimes their PM box is full and they don't get your mail. Are you trying to send a PM to easyday wishing her a happy birthday?

Did you ask a question? If not, they may not feel the need to respond?

Sometimes I'm not sure if a PM was needed or expected back. I read the info. and I'm not sure if I should write back that I got the info or just what.

I've gotten a couple of those. Ick!

Lately though my connection has been wonky, so I answer back, but then the message gets lost or I can't tell if it sent but don't want to send five duplicates either.

Well, how much time has passed since you PM'd these folks?
Sometimes folks don't check their PMs very often, or don't reply right away if they need to rush off or to think about their response.
Give 'em some time to answer, then try yet again.

Honestly, if it was someone new or that has never received one before they may not even know it's there. I'm guilty of that. I received one from Woodspirit just saying "Hi, from across the lake" when there was a thread on where everyone lived. I never even knew it was there for something like a month! He really must have thought I was more than a bit slow! After joining I've learned how to type and you should see how excited I get when I get a pm. Yes, I lead a pretty quite life.

I'm guilty! I forgot to reply and when I did remember, I felt so foolish, I didn't.

I could sleep 16 hours a day easy. You say that like it's a bad thing.

I am guilty too. Sometimes I feel like the pm's are just for information, or people are asking me to delete a thread, or edit something. I usually act, but don't always answer.
