These 3 are doelings. There's a doeling/buckling pair out at the barn with their mommy, and another buckling with his mommy, and the 2 doelings that were born in November are also at the barn with their mama. It's raining babies over here!

Oh, I miss those days! A farmhouse kitchen isn't a farmhouse kitchen without some baby goats in it.

I see you have a snazzy playpen for yours! I always used big cardboard appliance boxes lined with plastic, and I'd cut holes in each side so the little darling(s) could stick their heads out and see what was going on. :hysterical:

Maybe I'll get lucky this spring and my neighbor with the flock of sheep will have a bummer lamb that she doesn't want to mess with. I live in hope!
