Dh was cleaning out one of the sheds on our place and found some hardwood flooring that was left over from my parent's house a few years ago. We've already used some for redoing our bathroom floor but found out there was a lot more than we thought when dh began the cleaning project.

What types of things would you use this for? It is the pre-finished stuff that (is supposed to) fit together like puzzle pieces. It was second-hand stuff when my parent's bought it but I don't just want to see it thrown on the burn pile. He told me I have three months to figure out what to do with it and then it burns.

Any suggestions?

I agree with the CL idea.

Hardwood flooring is expensive stuff. You should be able to sell it or trade iof for something you need pretty easily. You could also figure up how much you have, and build on a spare room that size and use it up that way.

Thank you for the ideas. I'd love to add an extra room. If all else fails, I might take the suggestion of trading it off for something we need.
