We and my neighbor have always Called my place "Ziffel Farm" and his Farm is Douglas farm. I have always had work clothes, older looking equipment, some pigs/hogs--lol, he would try to garden with pressed clothes, use rubber boots so he does not get any dirt on his shoes---LOL. Keeps his equipment clean and painted pretty, built a chicken coop with cement floor in the coop---shaded chicken run, etc, etc, but no hogs---Kinda Like Douglas---always looking well dressed.

Although we live in AZ now, we still have 20 acres over in San Diego county in CA. Just our weekend get away. There was originally 3 of us that owned it so then it was called 3Boss Ranch. Then one of the 3 found that his allergies acted up horrible when he was out there so he sold his 1/3 to us and then it became the 2Boss Ranch aka Poverty Flats.

When I had my goat dairy, it was La Fiesta Farm, after the old dairy refrigerated truck I used to keep the milk. Now I have "Busy Barn", where I keep chickens, worms, and the dog kennels.

The Backwoods Farm ; I name it when I put a listing in the farmers market local food guide ; as kids we jokenly called it the "starvation plantation" our elders called it, the old homeplace . but I guess if I was talking to my local kin r friends they just call it "the Holler "

Mine is called Willow Branch. That's the name of the creek running through the property, and there are a lot of Willow Oaks growing along its banks.

Hidden Dreams. With the weeds as tall as a person when we bought it, it was kind of an obvious choice!

Robin's Ranch which became Robin's Ranch Pygmys. I was a home with chickens that had a few rabbits. My neighbor decided maybe you need more rabbits. Well, I ended up with about 20 after they multiplied. LOL. He started calling me Robins ranch. Anyways, I eventually gave in to the very adorable goat herds. And here I am some 15 years later.

Our “official” name is Inali Farm, but we lovingly call it the ‘Nooch cuz we live in the Wynoochee valley
