Mine is not a for profit farm ...... really just more of a homestead, getting closer and closer to self sufficiency every year ...... I call it "West Virginia" even though it is in NE Oklahoma ...... the name is in reference to a John Denver song that starts out "Almost Heaven .... West Virginia" ..... at one time it was almost heaven to me.
Little Corner Ranch cause it's bordered on two sides by a national forest.

I adopted what my Dad always called the home place when he answered the phones. He would say Belly Acres. Now it's what I call my home.
Berry Good Farm -- we raise different berries and we have goats which produce 'berries' as well.
Names many time are given by others....like nicknames....
Anyway..... the how "The Place" got it's name.
As in "Are you going to your Place this weekend?"
Friends Folly.... taken from my 8x great grandpaps original land patent in the 1700's... and it still fits.
DragonFly Farm.....when we bought our house there was (and still is) a dragon painted around the front door. It's just 5 acres, so not really a farm by most peoples standards, maybe a hobby farm. My little niece does call me a farmer though...
Our ranchs name is dancing feathers,David's great grandma had named it.
Ours is Goshen Farm as in the promised place
