I'm guessing it's a tent frame, or maybe an antenna.

I once had a fabric covered Greenhouse that had a frame very much like that one. My guess is some type of fabric covered building frame.

I'm pretty sure it is a canopy frame, the kind you buy and set up for shade in your yard for pickniking, etc.

The "joints" are made from the hinge of the old style dairy cow stanchions. They were cut from the stanchion frames and welded to the pipes.
I'm a'thinkin' it's a failed prototype of a foldable/portable pig farrowing hut :1pig: My suspicion is that Porky made off with the classic blue tarp portion of said structure , LOL.

A word to the wise: Never use a mix acetone, gasoline and a burst from the oxygen tank on a welder to light your charcoal grill.


Now that you have the pipe work, you could get a large, heavy-mil plastic tarp and put is over the pipes spread out like a teepee. Instant greenhouse that could be removed from the plants when the weather warms up.
