I bought some Hiya hiya needles from a gal on Etsy. Last night I noticed she gave me a little trinket in a few of the packages, one had a stitch marker, one a little cable needle, and one had this thing. I've looked at a lot of notions online, and never seen anything like this thing. What would it be used for? I'm stumped... It's on a CD sleeve, to give you an idea of the small size. Anyone know what I would use it for?

That is a pin to hold knitted pieces together while you ‘join’ them. I suppose you could pick your nose with it, too.

That makes sense as a pin, I've never seen them sold.
I think I bought some little clippy things on clearance that were for that also.

Oh, I thought the gal I bought from gave me those as a little special something! LOL

I thought that thing was some kind of a cable needle or something. Feel kinda dumb finding out it was pin!
