Mostly we sell to stores and restaurants, some also to individuals each week.
I been delivering em to the butcher for a buck a pound on the hoof. I figure I have on average $200 in a 300lb hog so I am able to make $100 a pig. I usually keep one pig and reinvest the remainder into porcine infrastructure.
