What is the cause of goat's poop not being little pellets? One of our goats poops has all of the pellets clumped together. Any advice?

Maybe a change in diet? Usually, I believe, it is caused by too much moisture in the diet, either in the feed (molasses?) or in the field. Usually it will clear up in a few days; just watch it.

It has rained really hard here the past couple of days, I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks

Whenver mine have the clumpy stool I can trace it to diet. Usually they've consumed something new like leaves, browse or too much of something or something that doesn't agree with them. Also clumpy stool can indicate presence of worms.
