Lobo loco de mezcal Rubio AKA Wolf's crazy mezcal blonde
A 8.9% ABV full bodied blond beer aged on tequila barrel chips and then a fifth of tequila added when kegging. Ends up about 10.7% ABV and has a nice tequila mouth feel finish.
Belgian Triple with coriander. A house favorite and always need to be in stock.

This week, 5 gals Columbus IPA. I like Columbus hops, 5 ozs in this batch.
Last week bottled 5 gals Pompous a s s Ale. 7%+ ABV, my biggest beer yet.
