Wether "acting" like a buck

Our Nubian/Saanen wether has been trying to "service" our girls. He curls his lip up, climbs on and rocks his hips a few times. He's not in rut and there's no bucky smell. Is this normal behavior? It's with only one of our two girls, as far as I have seen. All were born in March, so this would be their first heat and his first time feeling frisky.

Congrats, you have a good wether for indicating heat cycles to you. :D yes, it's pretty normal

My friend had a buck that they missed a teste when banding... he acted really bucky though - peed on his face and had a weird 'rut'. He was like a wether most of the year, then would go into 'rut' and pee on himself, but he wasn't that stinky...
