Hello, I'm thinking of raising some meat Rabbits to put in the freezer, maybe in a colony setting.

We have plenty of Weasels in our area. Is there a way to keep the little buggers out?

    Would cages be better?

    Thanks....Buddyboat

    LOL !!!
What's funny is I'm a Trapper w/tons of Weasel boxes and # 1 Duke traps that I put in them. There's nothing my Sons and I enjoy more than trapping.
(fishing is a close second) Everytime we check our traps it's like Christmas time cause you never know what you're going to get.

Anyway, I was wondering if there was a way to prevent the Weasels from entering the enclosure before there was a problem(special fence maybe)???
I have pvc coated 20 ga Chicken fence, I don't know if they could squeeze past that. My Weasel boxes have a 2 in hole in the front, the Chicken fence is a 1 in mesh.
    Take care, Buddyboat
