We all know having a little homestead is hard work! I recently started a new job in which I work the weekend shift, which leaves me more time during the week to do stuff around the homestead. :thumb: My back isn't liking this new arrangement though :yuck:

I wish I had that arrangement. I sure could get ALOT done if I was here during the week days, heck, if I was here during the daylight ! As it is I work M - F all day and a half day on Sat. But I can't complain. I have a job, and one that I like. And little by little my place is coming together. But I do dream about the day when I can stay home and do farm stuff.

I wish I could work half time.
Actually, I work full time. 12 hour shifts on Sat. and Sun. and an 8 hour shift during the week. Sunday is paid time and a half, so I work 32 hours but get paid for 38. The 4 days off per week are kinda nice though.
