[fireweed farm]

A month ago I found a few Warehouse Beetle larvae in my Ryveta bread/crackers. I thought they came from the factory. Took some googling to figure out what it was. We didn't have them growing up.

Then a couple weeks after while feeding the dog, I found a couple in his bowl which he chowed down on pretty quick. So they 'were' in the dogfood too.

Now I haven't seen anything since. But only found the larvae and never did see the beetles.

Any thoughts? What a nightmare if they got into the flour etc etc. What to do?

No, not Indian meal moths.
I've dealt with warehouse beetles too. You can heat or freeze dried goods then store in canning jars. They can get in between the rings and jar but not under the lid if it's tight.
