My family love the yellow crookneck squash but would love to grow a vining variety to save on space. Is anyone familiar with a squash of this variety? I had once heard that the yellow straightneck was vining, but have never read that in any seed catalog. I am considering the Zucchino Rampicante variety of zucchini that is supposed to be good as a summer squash as well as a winter squash. Anybody have any experience with this variety? Thanks a bunch!

I've never found a vining summer squash. It seems summer squashes are all bush type. There are quite a few folks would like to have a vining summer squash. Those bushes take up way too much space.
