I got this today from a friend: You might have already done this.

There are 2 bills in gen assembly now that will help small farmers milking 3 cows or 12 goats to sell from the farm without all the regulations, if you could call today; this is the last day. 1;800-889-0229, in favor of hb2405 and hb2295

Don't know if it's too late to call..... If you are in Virginia give it a try?

It doesn't look like it's moved yet - I think it was sent to the ag committee on 1-12. Check out this site for day-to-day voting http://vacap.state.va.us/chamber.nsf/051Minutes?OpenForm

You can see what was done each day. I'd like to email the head of the ag committee, Delegate Bryant. I will do that tomorrow, friday, anyone else wanting to should. I hope it's not too late too, I have no idea how long it takes the committees to do their thing.
