Any information would be very much welcomed. I have been looking at the site(name) you gave me. I just hope I can do this rite.

I found these two sites while on the internet. Haven't actually talked to the producers. DH and I are having our own crazy year so I haven't researched much what I am going to breed my own Hereford gilt to.

I'll send you a PM on a third guy I got a letter from. He's not on the internet so I don't want to publicly post his info.

If you got a hold of the Hereford association directly I'm sure they could direct you to a producer that sells semen.

Too bad it sounds like you won't be able to make it up north. I'm pretty sure my two Hereford sows are pregnant. I'll be expecting piglets the end of Feb or the beginning of March.

Good luck with getting your girl bred!

I think urine will run down the tube if you hit the bladder. If you take a look at the anatomy of a sow the bladder is below the cervix. When we bred our gilt we made sure to tip the end of the breeding straw up a little bit. There are a lot more people on here that have AI'ed more pigs than me. I'll help as much as I can. I'm sure others will help out too.
