I have an 11 month old who has never been bred or had her first litter. Is there an age when they're too old to have their first litter?

Over weight is a bigger hindrance than over age. She isn't too old if she is trim and not fat. A fat sow is inclined to flop down on her side, and any pigs that are under her get squashed. Too many times they are killed. It is not uncommon for a big heavy sow to lay there and listen to her pig squeeling at the top of his lungs and just ignor him.
