Last years lambing season went exceptionally well. I have 2 "left over" ram lambs. They are 4 and 5 months old. Are they still good eating? How would we get the best quality meat from them? How do I find a place to butcher them? Thanks !

I only just ate my first lamb, can you believe it? Anyway, I'm far from knowledgable in this area, but I believe many folks butcher between 5 and 6 months, so you should be fine with your boys. I've got a 9 month old that may be headed for the freezer soon, I expect he'll taste just fine in spagetti :D
