Does it come in red fox fur? Wouldnt I look a treat in that at Sunday service?..But Id be afraid to wear it in the woods. Some city hunter might take a pot shot at me. Is that Cabin Fever doing the modeling? :baby04:

It's overkill for someone who lives in Ohio. We see a lot of the fur hats around here tho.

    Hears The Water,

I didn't post it as a joke. I'm not sure I'd pay $200 for one but there's a coyote that's been around our place recently that might be fodder for a hat like that. I think it would be warmer with the fur on the inside but that might look even stranger.

I posted it because I was curious to see how people would respond to it.

    Two hundred dollars?!!!

You can always find someone giving away cats for free.

You could just stitch a couple of those together.

You'd get no reaction if you wore one of those hats in Minnesota ice-fishing or to a winter outdoor festival...they, and ones like them, are common.

Here's a photo from last year's icefishing contest:

About half of these guys are wearing fur hats:

PETA can feel free to come get all the coyotes they want and teke them home with them.
I'm sure they'd snuggle up next to Fifi and Sylvester and be great friends. :D

    Hi Y'all,

About 4 or 5 years ago DSW Sharon got me one of their Mad Bomber hats.
It was Rabbit Fur. And, it only cost about $40.

Let me tell you, I only wore it a few times. It was WAY Overkill, for
Central Indiana. If the Temperature wasn't down below 20* or colder,
I roasted in that thing. It wasd just way too Warm.

I did wear it a couple times when it was around Zero* and it was nice.
First year we moved in, down here in the country, the mouses found it
before I did. They made all kinda holes in it. So I gave it to the cats to
play with. Very expensive, eat-up, ruined hat/cat-toy.

She won't buy me another one of those, though.
Way overkill for here. Have fun.
