You know, I've been thinking about this, since the posts of the colonies.

What if you took a jungle gym, enclosed it, put ramps to platform areas, had built in nesting boxes, with pannels on the side so you could check kits, a litter pan area (if you are so inclined to train), and a feeding station???

Hmmmmm...I need to propose that to my husband. It certainly would free up a lot of space with hutches gone. :D

You'd make the rabbits happy. Just make sure there's lots of space for timid does to escape from nasty does. You also might want a hanging buck cage, so you can control the breeding.

I was thinking the whole thing would be covered...walk in for us big people to go into to clean and do check-ups, too.

Besides, with 5 dogs, I have never had any of my birds or bunnies disturbed by hawks. My border collie is very protective and hates anything that flies over her yard.
