The lasting effects of our hard summer conditions have pushed us to relocate these guys. Please consider welcoming this horse family into your family. The stallion (Sioux) and mare (Moon) came from the mountains in southeastern Oklahoma. The gelding (aka Cornshucks/Shucks) is one of their offspring. Although mostly just pets, the mare and gelding have had some training and have been ridden but are still very "green." The stallion can no longer be ridden due to an injury but he makes beautiful babies and is a quiet, easy going guy. We'd like to at least see the mare and stallion stay together if possible. This would make a great starter herd for anyone interested in preserving a heritage breed or for a horse lover in general. These are 100% pure Spanish Mustangs. Registered with the Southwest Spanish Mustang Association. Recognized as the Heritage Horse of Oklahoma. You can find more info about them by "googling" The Spirit of Blackjack Mountain.

Please understand, to help ensure that these horses will be going to a good home, they are not "free." I have found that, in general, people take care of things better when they have had to pay for them. Located in Mitchell Co. Texas Please call me for more information. Replies here may not be seen right away. n!ne3six two+hree9 fourn!ne3seven. Thank you.
