Thinking of putting Soup Tureens above space over kitchen cupboards. There's a lot of white ones on CL. There's other pretty ones, too. However, in keeping w/uniformity, thinking I may stick w/white. Ideas?

I like the idea of using the soup tureens in all white, maybe different shapes/sizes to add visual interest. In the past I've used large pottery bowls as a focal point on a shelving unit in my office. Of course these also held every small clip, tack, whatever that needed a quick home.

I collect soup tureens, I like "fall" colors. I kept mine all more rustic style or nature ones like pumpkins, cabbage, different ones in yellows, gold, green, brown and such. What goes with your kitchen décor? I bought most of mine on ebay.

Janis R I took a look; at shopgoodwill.com. They did have a few tureens. However, shipping is so costly, might not be worth it.
