GARWOOD MISSOURI: A 1936 rural highschool for conversion

That old high school......."GARWOOD MISSOURI: A 1936 rural highschool for conversion" is a killer. Great space, could almost open up a retail store on the first level and live upstairs. Too bad it's out in the boomies for retail.

Mrs. says the little one you could probably heat with a candle, and was wondering how much the UNIBOMBER is asking for the place :haha: :haha:
Better get her out today, think she is losing it!

Wow, for the cost of my downpayment around here I could buy almost any one of those properties with cash. But I've got too much family here that I don't want to leave behind, especially with one child so far and more to come.

Yes My favorite is the Garwood Missouri schoolhouse too. Its a pretty little building and wonderful space. Those bedrooms up under the roof dont seem to have any windows though. Not too sure about that. Yes the kitchen seems to be a work in progress but could be really nice with a bit of work. And the building seems to be out in the country too or at least on a big open lot. If I didnt already own a place, Id give it some real thought. Bet its a bear to heat though.

I like the Gainesville one. What a cool, quirky house. The kitchen needs help though. Thanks for posting Mark.
