I was just wondering if anybody had some great skunk recipes. Groundhogs, raccoons and opposums are all eatable. Something with onions and red pepper flakes and some potatoes to soak up the grease?
Just for giggles I did a quick google search for cooked skunk and came up with nothing. Then using the key words "Fried Skunk" came up with quite a few links. The first one was interesting, with recipes for different meats.

It was off the first site I found this link. It might be a site your pawpaw would of liked or could get into.
