    75' x 155' = 11,625 sq. ft.
divided by 43,560 sq. ft. = 0.266873 acres

A little over a quarter of an acre.

Not to be patronizing, rather to instruct:

Multiply the two numbers, and then divide the answer you got by 43,560: the correct answer will be in acres.

There are 43,560 ft2 per acre.

    Good luck,

    Alex

I've seen lots this approx. size go for as little as $500, and as much as $500,000. Location IS everything.
