Serenity at one month

    That is too cute!!!!
    I would get Highlands in a minute if I didn't think they would be miserable in our HOT humid summers. I actually see them in the paper pretty often and I feel so sorry for them here.

    Its not the heat per se that they suffer from but direct sun. As long as they have a place where they can rest in the shade they do quite well. In warmer climates they just shed more in the spring. Some of them get a natural "poodle cut" which looks quite silly.
