I am new to raising pigs. So many different avenues to explore. One that I am looking at is offering piglets to local 4-H and FFA students. My babes are beautiful big and well breed. However, they are not papered. Can I offer them to these students?

I would think so. Papers don’t fill a bean pot! My uncle sold lots of beef calves to 4H kids, many won blue ribbons at the state fair.

In most areas, 4H pig selection is a specialized art. People will travel hundreds of miles to get the perfect show pig. It would be highly likely that what you are raising at home could compete with these show pigs.
But go ahead. Won't hurt and you will learn something. Win/win.
