Is it safe to sprinkle a little powder from selenium vitamins for humans 200cmg on your sheeps grain instead of giving them injections? I am guessing selenium for humans is the same as selenium for sheep. I thought I would ask before I tried it.

It's probably safe but you can buy Selenium supplements made for sheep that allows you more control over the dosage.

In addition, there are mineral blocks with Selenium and loose minerals with Selenium. Obviously extra Se needs Vit E to be absorbed.

Selenium is a mineral and can be quite toxic if over supplemented.
