can this be done successfully? i have a couple of large pork roasts and want to do sausage rounds, never done them before and don't have much time right now. can i freeze them and thaw them later to make this? or will i just make everyone sick?

are you talking about sausage patties...? We use to buy a hog and then it got to expensive so we just buy pork shoulders or butts and grind it and add our sage and cayenne and make our own sausage and stuff them in bags. Is that what you are wanting to do. If so I dont know why you couldnt freeze and do later.
