Red-raspberry oddity

    I have noticed lately that some of our berries have light pink or white areas as part of the berries. It's not on top of the berry...it's actually part of the berry that has formed and is discolored. Any idea why?

    I saw some like that in my garden too. But I don't know why, sorry!
