Recently bought a small farm with a row of raspberry plants about 4' wide by about 50' long. They produced tons of berries! Now that fall is here, do I cut them back, or leave them alone?

Most would say cut them back when they die off. However I don't because I get more berries earlier from the old shoots before the new ones grow. In the spring I will cut off any that look dead and leave the ones that look good. Enjoy those berries, it is one of natures best treats.
