After reading the feed label on my 18% rabbit feed (Albers Family Ration), I am wondering if it would be possible to use this as a creep feed for goat kids? It looks like it has all the trace minerals that goats require, and would contain the alfalfa and grain that I use to start my babies eating. I'm getting out of raising rabbits and would like to use the feed for the kids if possible. I sure don't want to give them anything that could hurt them. I'm e-mailing the company, but would also like to get the imput from the group. Does anyone know if this is safe?

Perhaps you could post the label info so we'd have more to work with. I've had goats for years, but don't know what's in rabbit pellets.

I feed an 18% pelleted rabbit ration to the kids in the creep along with alfalfa.
