Hey, I can put refuse from the rabbit's cage into my compost pile can't I? We just inherited an unwanted rabbit from my brother's family and I remember one time being told here that I can compost just about anything except the feces of meat eating animals, right? I promised dw that I would check here before I go and do something wrong to our compost. Thanks in advance.

we have put rabbit bedding on the compost pile and direct to the garden . never had any bad effects and helps rot down the pile before spreading!

Rabbit droppings are among the best there are!!! Won't burn and breaks down easily. Roses adore it! You may even find some worms take up residence n your compost because of the added manure!

I was pretty sure that I could, just wanted to be sure. Better to be safe than sorry. Thanks again.

I used to have two bunnies and I put their goodies right onto our row of red raspberries. The rabbits died a few years ago, and the berries haven't been as productive since then!

I use rabbit manure directly on the garden also, no need to compost!
