I have some very small white chunks that stick to the jar in my milk and was wondering if someone might know what it might be. The chunks are soft and about the size of a grain of sand. this is the first time we have seen this in this milk and we have been buying this milk for awhile.

    Sounds like mastitis to me.

Could be a mild case that snuck by your supplier. I'd definitely let them know about it ... if they are reputable, they will make it right by you!

Sounds like the milk has been frozen. When you freeze milk it will sperate like that.
