my family has been eating bouquet peppers for years, i got a seed mag the other day that list these peppers as inedible???? if they are inedible what makes them so? am i slowly poisoning my family and myself? lol
They are not considered edible as is. That is, one doesn't pick them from the plant and gobble them down like candy. Texture also often coarse for cooking. However, they make some of the best chili powder when dried.
