looking for yummy seeds, can or freeze-able flesh, disease resistance
I haven't grown pumpkins for several years now, but a variety that I liked which grew good here in Northern Ontario is call Spirit. It's a good sized average pumpkin about 5 kg and the skin is orange throughout it's growing, so you don't get green pumpkins if the season closes in. The flesh is ideal for baking and nice seeds.
DO YOU REMEMBER IF THE SEEDS WERE HULL-LESS ??
No, the seeds are not hullless.
