I've tried and tried to propagate blueberries but have never been successful - I have been taking cuttings in the late spring and putting them in a mixture of sand and potting soil - then putting them in the shade - keeping them moist - but not luck - what am I doing wrong - any suggestions - thanks

Do you see any "suckers" near the base of the big plants. I root prune those and then after a while dig them out and pot them up. Might work better for you, I have trouble with cuttings too.

Blueberries require an acidic soil, so maybe your sets need something different than the mix you are using.
