Our nigerian dwarf doe was bred last December and we were given a due date of May 15th. She didn't come into heat again and began getting MUCH wider in the sides by March, so we were thrilled (we bred her last Spring and it didn't take). But now here we are just 3 weeks from her due take and she has no udder whatsoever; in fact, her teats are just as small as ever. She also seems to look a little less pregnant at this point, although her sides still seem fairly wide. Could she still be pregnant?

If she doent get a udder soon, then she could have a false pregnancy. I am probably wrong, but goats usually develope an udder about a month before there due date.

you cannot always tell they are pregnant by their udder....one of mine was bagged up for a month ahead of time....and another bagged up 3 hours before she kidded....(goats!?!?:)
