I am just wondering--do plants run to flower quicker if they are bathed in a porch light's rays all night? It seems that it would have the effect of more daylight hours, although a porch light is dim compared to the sun. Yet they say that a full moon "brings out" flowers.

Unless your plants are really close to the lights (on top of a step ladder under the light?) and your porch light is VERY bright (hundreds of watts +), there should be no effect. Do the plants lean towards the porch light during the night?<G>
