Okay, I am still on the lookout for a really good pie crust recipe and am not used to making pies.
I made a Pumpkin Pie a couple of weeks ago and the crust shrank? What did I do wrong? I would love to be able to make a couple of pies for Thanksgiving including Pumpkin but am hoping that the crust won't 'shrink'
